Dr. Soby Abraham and Dr. Samantha Naidoo , the optometrists at Focused Eye Care, make it a policy to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on the latest technology and techniques to make your visit as comfortable and effective as possible. Soby Abraham, O.D.
Dr. Soby Abraham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University with a major in anthropology and double minor in biology and chemistry. Dr. Abraham then attended the University Of Houston where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2003. Throughout his training he received high marks for his professionalism and clinical skills as well as the Exemplary Clinician Award. Dr. Abraham was in private practice for 4 years in Houston before moving to Dallas in August 2007. Dr. Abraham's areas of interest are comprehensive vision evaluation, complex contact lens fitting, pediatrics, and treatment and management of ocular diseases.
Dr. Abraham was raised in Houston after his family moved from Chicago when he was very young. Dr. Abraham has a beautiful wife and son. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and playing a variety of sports.
Dr. Abraham's goal is to provide the best vision care possible for each individual patient. His compassion and respect for his patients is second to none and he is dedicated to improving patient's quality of life with his ability to manage their vision concerns.
Samantha Naidoo, O.D.
Dr. Samantha Naidoo received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. Since graduating she has served the greater Dallas area providing therapeutic treatment to various eye conditions as well as meeting routine eyeglass and contact lens needs.
Dr. Naidoo is an active member of her community. She grew up in Garland and graduated from South Garland High School. She is an active member of the Junior League of Richardson and has attended Abundant Life Church in Plano since the age of six!! Dr. Naidoo is married and has two amazing boys!! She loves to spend time with her family, travel and work out.
As a Doctor of Optometry, part of Dr. Naidoo's commitment to her patients is ongoing professional education. As technology and the world around us changes, she stays up-to-date, because she believes in providing the best care possible for her patient's your eyes.
